Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SLEF in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of St. Lucia.
Dispute Resolution Process
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as appropriate under St. Lucia law.
